注意事項
Before: stop retinoids/AHAs one week prior; hydrate well; remove all metal jewelry. Not suitable with pacemakers, metallic implants, pregnancy or breastfeeding; postpone if active acne, dermatitis or open wounds. Patients with very low facial fat or hollow temples should have those areas assessed. After: mild redness and warmth resolve within hours, makeup next day; avoid saunas, hot yoga, intense exercise and hot springs for one week; moisturize and use SPF30+ daily; avoid rapid weight loss during the 2–3 month collagen-building phase. Results last about 12 months; one session per year is recommended.
